What happens if I'm Locked Out of my account?

If the system detects any fraudulent attempts or if you enter your password wrong, your account will be locked out. If this happens, please call the credit union at (716) 691-9187 or 1-800-963-9660 for assistance on clearing the lockout.

E-Statement
This free service is safe and secure. No need to wait by the mailbox for your statement. You can view it the first business day of each month, anytime, from anywhere. Not only will it help save our planet and reduce paper waste, it will also help defer the cost of statement preparation and postage allowing the Credit Union to pass these savings on to its members in the form of low fees and great rates.
